Razor Clams are prized for their superior delicate flavor and sweetness. Try coating them with seasoned breadcrumbs, or crushed Ritz Crackers, then pan fry them in butter. Delicious! You could also bake with herbs or use in clam chowder or fritters.
These Natively Harvested razor clams are hand dug on the Washington coast by Native Communities and transported to our processing facility in Olympia. They are shelled, cleaned and immediately vacuum-sealed and frozen to ensure freshness.
